 Ordering

Please give us a call to speak to an event specialist. We'll need to ensure that your date is available.  Once we have determined that, we can construct your order and give you an accurate quote.  If you would like to hold your date, we ask for a 10% (non-refundable) deposit.  This amount goes towards your order. Our minimum order for A La Carte is $300.  The full amount of your order is to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event.  If the full amount is not paid by the deadline the order will be cancelled.

Last minute...

With no guarantee, it may be possible that we can accept a last minute order with no less than 48 hours notice.  So, don't hesitate...give us a call.  You know what they say, the sooner the better.

Cancellations

Sometimes the unexpected happens.  You may cancel your event no later than 7 days prior to receive a 50% refund.

Any orders cancelled two weeks prior will be refunded any amount given aside from the 10% deposit. If your non-refundable deposit exceeds $1,000 you will be refunded the difference.

Any orders cancelled within 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
