JOB TITLE: CONSULTANT

 SCHEDULE

Work at your own pace. Contingent to: Client Connections including: phone calls, emails and in-person meetings. Team Meetings (Most likely on a Tuesday) and Set Wedding/Event Dates (Weekends only).

February-November 

COMPENSATION:

Commission Based Employment to be discussed at Interview.

Ambelah Designs is a small Event Design & Floral company that started in 2018. In the process of expansion we are looking for individuals that have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to make personable connections. You do not need to have prior experience with event design or florals. 

JOB SUMMARY 

Your main job is to create a relationship with our clients. You will be the face and voice of Ambelah Designs and you will need to embody our values and persona with every interaction. You will act as a buffer between the main designer, the client and other vendors.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a consultant you will be in charge of setting up client meetings, doing intakes and consulting clients as they make selections for their wedding. You will be in charge of making sure all of our clients understand our approach and understand the process.

 Your main duties will include:

-Setting up meetings

-Fill Client Intakes

-Consulting

-Assist in Preparing Mood Boards

-Receive Payments

-Do Follow-Ups 

-Build Client Relations

-Network Within the Industry

-Seek New Clients

-Set-up and Attend Bridal Shows/Fairs

-Day of Wedding: Attend. Make sure everything that what you and your client envisioned is in place. Visit with the clients and ensure their comfort. 

TRAINING

You do not need to have prior experience with event design or floral design. We are looking for someone that is great with people and has a positive attitude. An attentive listener and an engaging talker. 

 In your training you will learn:

-Our Method

-Steps to executing a wedding from start to finish

-How to open a file

-What to ask clients

-How to utilize resources

-How to assist in creating a mood board
